Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all power adapters, cables, documentation, and the printed RMA authorization form.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
